It,s a good idea for anyone that wants to take responsibility for an entire crew to become a skipper themselves.  

I therefore offer training for a Croatian skippers licence!

Weather analysis and forecast. Navigation by light houses by day and night. Planning of trips including evaluating safe anchorage. Psychological guidence of your crew just to name  a few.

Did you know that storms  with 9 meter high waves are possible in the Adriatic sea!

I will teach you how to deal with storms and the less common small tornados. From here its a matter of more experience.  

The best time for such training is early and late in the season because stormy weather is more likely.

In one week of training we cover approx. 250 SM. We also learn port navigation, trimming, anchoring under sail and under motor. Navigation with and without GPS by day and night. A minimum of one night trip and if weather permits,- "storm training"! 

In the gallerie you find more pictures of  heavy thunder storms in black skys. heavy rain. strong winds, high waves, hail storms, fog, thunder etc. All possible weather conditions which we will cover in our theory training to be prepared for all eventuallities.

Small tornados! Winds above 150 Knots are possible.
